Go to Market

  • Write and design the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM)

  • Write teaser letters and emails for different types of buyers

  • Access our in-house database of strategic buyers

  • Access our in-house database and platforms of more than 5,000 financial sponsors (PE groups, family offices, and independent sponsors)

  • Research and compile your target prospect database

  • Implement the outreach campaign which may include mailings, emails, media posts, and calls

 

Closure

  • Evaluate offers – terms sheets, indications of interest, and letters of intent

  • Negotiate terms and provisions

  • Facilitate the due diligence process

  • Defend your business value during due diligence

  • Coordinate the agreements and documents with attorneys and accountants

  • Get the deal closed
